Training to prepare facilitators to deliver You Belong Here with trauma-informed, connection-centered practices.
This facilitator training prepares educators and youth workers to deliver the You Belong Here curriculum with confidence. The training covers three essential areas: (1) Curriculum Foundation, including You Belong Here's theory of change, and general learning goals; (2) Facilitation Practices such as self-care, creating safe spaces, compassionate response, and mandatory reporting; and (3) Deep Dives into Major Themes including grief and loss, culture and socialization, consent and healthy relationships, child sexual exploitation and grooming, and digital safety.
