Navigate conversations about pornography and help youth understand healthy sexuality and relationships
In today's digital age, young people are exposed to sexually explicit content earlier and more frequently than ever before. This workshop equips participants with the tools and language to have open, age-appropriate conversations about pornography and its impact on understanding healthy relationships and sexuality. Participants will learn how pornography can shape unrealistic expectations about bodies, consent, intimacy, and sexual relationships. The workshop provides strategies for discussing media literacy, helping youth critically evaluate what they see online, and guiding them toward accurate information about healthy sexual development. By approaching these conversations with honesty and without shame, participants can help young people develop healthier attitudes toward relationships, consent, and their own sexuality.
