Highly empathetic leader that brings a global perspective with experiences living in seven countries and fluency in four languages. Passionate about systemic change, Laura focuses on principles of equality, safety, and belonging to protect the most vulnerable. Laura currently works with the public sector, philanthropies, and multi-lateral organizations to make sure they best represent the people they serve and they have the tools they need to scale impact. Trained in sustainability, management consulting, neuroscience, and economics, Laura's diverse background includes roles at Bain & Company, Harvard Business School, The Nature Conservancy, and ENGIE Impact. Some of her work includes defining post-COVID-19 reopening plans for the second largest school district in the U.S., which impacted 750,000 students, and assessing the economic viability of PPP-agribusiness projects in Latin America, which created 30,000 direct jobs in sustainable farming. She is the founder of an educational nonprofit giving better access to education to underprivileged students in Latin America and a global network that promotes workplace gender equality through mentoring. Laura holds an MS. in Behavioral Science from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a BA in Economics and Mathematics, from Argentinean university Torcuato DiTella.
