In this lesson, students will explore the concepts of imperfection, fitting in, and belonging. Through journal prompts, class discussions, a lecture, and a collaborative group activity, students will reflect on their own quirks and mistakes, understand how these contribute to a sense of belonging, and creatively envision a school environment where everyone is accepted as they are.
