Lesson Overview

In this lesson, students will discuss the concept of emotional agility as an important skill in cultivating positive mental health. They will learn about mental health, the difference between mental health and mental illness, and discuss indicators of each. Finally, they will discuss and offer their insights on how stigma and access can impact the mental health of their communities.
