LESSON

Six

Boundaries & Control

60 minutes

This lesson is currently under review with Nest Educational Advisors. Please check back later for updates.

This lesson teaches students about personal boundaries in relationships. Students explore five types of boundaries - material, physical, mental, emotional, and digital - through discussion and activities. Using an inside/outside circle format, students examine how boundaries protect us while discussing real-world examples. The lesson emphasizes the difference between setting healthy boundaries based on personal needs versus attempting to control others' behavior. Students create symbolic bracelets representing their boundaries, helping them remember and maintain their personal limits.
