how to prepare for this lesson

Students should have their Feelings Wheel Handouts out at the start of this lesson. They will reference the feelings wheel after their opening meditation and use it for an activity at the end of the lesson.

On Slide 11, students will participate in a four corners activity. Use four pieces of paper, labeled #1-#4, to designate the corners or the Four Corners Printout. Ensure there is enough space for students to move around the room safely.
