In this lesson, students will explore the concepts of bullying, harassment, and cyberbullying. Through journal prompts, class discussions, and a collaborative group activity, students will reflect on their own experiences with bullying and how to respond as victims or witnesses. They will learn strategies for promoting resilience, taking action as upstanders, and fostering a supportive community. The lesson culminates with the creation of "Upstander posters," encouraging students to envision a school environment where everyone feels safe and supported.
